Halloween Costumes

We took the kids to a local church that was having a treat tent. A good alternative to the door to door trick or treating. The kids visit various stations and play carnival type games in exchange for a ton of candy. We had a great time.

Johnathan chose a spider for his face painting

With his friend Anna Beth, a princess.

Bean bag game with Daddy

With his friend Isaac, Super Man

Football throw.

Originally we were planning on Johnathan dressing up as a firefighter, but at the last minute he changed his mind and wanted to be a Bob the Builder Lumberjack. We grabbed some toys/props from around the house and "poof" we had a costume!

A neighbor let us borrow the pink piggy costume for Joshua. When will I ever get to dress my boy in pink from head to toe. I realize he will despise this picture someday!

The velcro under the chin just emphasizes his chubby cheeks. How appropriate for a pig!

I love the costumes. Johnathon looks like he is having so much fun. Joshua's costume may come back to haunt him someday, but it will totally be worth it! Take care friends.
