Joshua Timothy
Joshua Timothy was born at 1:09p.m. on 1/8/08. He is 8lbs and 1oz., 21 inches long.
Mommy is resting well and recovering very well from the c-section. Below are several pictures chronicling yesterday's events.
We are overcome with praise for the God who heals! Those who are aware know that Joshua presented some concerns for us in utero. Among the concerns were genetic abnormalities and heart issues. By God's grace, our pediatrician reports the noticeable LACK of a heart murmer! Never have we been so excited for normalcy!
God is great! As Joshua's name means, "God is my salvation!" Enjoy His creation!

Congratulations on Joshua! I wish you were closer, though. I have training on how to turn a breech baby from my pregnancy massage certification! I had two C-Sections, so I will keep Jennie in my prayers...especially when she has a toddler that wants to climb on mom! I am so happy for you. Kylene's son was born 1-6, my son is 1-7, and now you have one on 1-8! We joked about Aiden's birth stats because he weighed 8#8oz. 18" long, born at 8:18...sounds like Joshua is following suit. I am glad, too, that all is well with his baby heart. Please know that your family is always in my prayers and I am always here to pray when you have any concerns. Blessings to your family!
